We love our younger crowd but sometimes the adults need a little time to unwind. In this class, nothing is off the table. All apparatus are available as is just about any topic of conversation. This class generally runs a little long because we are having so much fun. All levels are welcome. With two instructors in each class we can divide and conquer any level present.
